Hotel revenue teams, sales teams and hotel groups
One place that simplifies daily operations.
A rate-shopping tool that collects competitor prices from Booking, Expedia and local OTAs, then turns them into charts, alerts and an email report.
PricePilot automates the competitor-rate checks a hotel revenue team used to do site by site. You enter the hotel name and the platforms to watch. Setup takes about 15 minutes, and nothing is installed on the computer. Competitors are defined first, the scan then runs on its own, and the result is read as a chart and a table.
The marketplaces are Booking.com, Expedia, TatilBudur, Jollytur, Setur, Enuygun, Odamax, Tatil Sepeti, Otel Fiyat and HRS. Another platform can be added. The company links its own hotel and picks competitors. A search definition holds the check-in date, nights, adults and children, and room type.
On the selected dates every competitor’s nightly rate sits side by side. The list filters by OTA, and a price change is marked with a color. The chart shows which day a competitor dropped or rose. Season, holidays and future dates are watched from the same screen. Past scans stay, and the table exports to Excel.
A competitor rate that falls under the threshold you set arrives as an alert. A daily and a weekly price report is emailed. Updates run every 6 hours or once a day, depending on the plan. The starter plan watches 3 competitors, standard 10, professional 30. The corporate plan does not cap the count, and a hotel group can be set up separately.
It is not a channel manager. It does not write the collected rate back to Booking or Expedia. It stores the data so you can decide. A manual test search can be run as well.
You stop checking competitor sites by hand each morning
The same date sits side by side across OTAs
A drop under your threshold sends an alert, and the report arrives before the meeting
