Ezey Servis is a multi-tenant operations panel for companies that carry students and staff. The firm opens a project, registers passengers and parents, then builds the route and the run. Outbound and return are separate legs.
A run shows attendance, live location, devices and occupancy. The fleet side holds vehicles, drivers, documents, maintenance, fuel cards and stock. Owned vehicles and supplier vehicles share the tenant and split on timesheets and statements.
Finance covers tariffs, invoices, collections, advances and cheques. Parents, drivers, the client organization and suppliers each have a channel. Bulk SMS and privacy consents are stored. It is live at servis.ezeyyazilim.com.
