KoçPlan
Software for education coaching and private tutoring
Education coaches, tutoring organizations, students and parents
One place that simplifies daily operations.
A panel that keeps the weekly coaching plan, mock-exam analysis, tutoring calendar and parent report on one student record.
KoçPlan is a management panel for education coaches and private tutoring organizations. Students, instructors and parents sign in with separate roles. Each company, in a multi-tenant setup, sees its own students.
Coaching holds the weekly plan, mock-exam analysis, a resource pool, meetings, a risk alert and the parent report. KPIs and SLAs make the promised pace visible. Private tutoring is separate: calendar, packs, availability and collections. A pack credit drops when the session happens.
When academy mode is on, courses, classes, attendance, exams, homework, live class and certificates join the same panel. Sales covers orders, student fees, installments and instructor commissions. Leads and a pipeline are tracked in the CRM.
