KoçPlan is for private-lesson teachers, education coaches and schools that track students. You can open private lessons only, coaching only, or both. A lesson pack and a coaching meeting do not mix on the same student.
Putting a session on the calendar does not spend a pack credit; the credit drops when the lesson happens. The weekly plan, tasks, TYT, AYT and LGS mocks and the parent note stay on one record. Admin, teacher, student and parent each see only their own screen.
Three ways of working
A private teacher works with the calendar, availability, packs, remaining credits and the lesson report. A coach follows the weekly plan, tasks, meetings and mock results. A school runs students, parents and teachers together with packs, collections, commissions and expenses. Sections you do not use stay out of the menu.
Lessons and appointments
Teacher availability, private lessons, coaching meetings and repeating sessions share one calendar. If a student misses a lesson or cancels late, the school decides whether the credit is spent. The report of a lesson that happened is attached to that session.
Plans and tasks
The coach writes weekly or daily tasks for a student. The same plan can be copied to a class. The student marks a task done, and the progress percent shows on the coach’s screen. “Did you study?” becomes a checked task.
Mocks and exams
TYT, AYT, LGS and subject mocks take correct, wrong and blank counts. The net is calculated, compared with earlier mocks and drawn on a progress chart. A written exam, a question bank and an optical exam stay in the student’s history too.
Four screens
The admin opens services, packs, the approval queue, commissions and expenses. A teacher sees only their own students’ calendar, lesson reports and mock entry. The student follows the plan, tasks, appointments, remaining credits and exams. The parent reads appointments, lesson reports, mocks and the coaching summary, including a note written only for the parent.
Packs and the school ledger
How many lessons remain, and which service spent a credit, sits on the card. A lesson pack and a coaching service are defined apart. Collections, teacher commissions and expenses are watched from the same school screen.
